How to Use the Mailsoftly MCP in Cline
Cline uses the Mailsoftly MCP Server to handle your email list management and campaign tracking autonomously.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Mailsoftly MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Mailsoftly to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline manages your Mailsoftly subscriber lists
Cline uses `list_subscriber_collections` to inventory your current contact groups. It identifies which lists are active and ready for new entries. When you identify a new lead, Cline executes `add_contact_to_list` to place them into the correct segment. It handles the API call and confirms the status immediately.
Trigger campaigns with Cline
You can tell Cline to review `list_marketing_campaigns` before choosing one to launch. It verifies the details using `get_campaign_details` to ensure the content is correct. Once ready, Cline runs `send_campaign_to_all` to start the distribution. It keeps the terminal updated with the progress of the send.
Audit email performance
Cline fetches engagement metrics by calling `get_campaign_click_data` for any sent campaign. It presents the click rates so you can see what works. It also uses `list_sent_history` to verify which campaigns already went out. This prevents duplicate sends and keeps your records clean.
