Analyzing subscriber profiles via `get_subscriber` allows your AutoGen agents to debate and decide on the best segmentation strategy. One agent calls the tool to analyze the profile, while another checks the available tags with `list_tags`. Once they agree on the user's intent, the execution agent runs `add_tag` to update the profile. This collaborative approach prevents conflicting tags and ensures your database remains highly organized.
Safe flow execution through agent debate
Controlling automated messages with `trigger_flow` lets your AutoGen safety agent block or allow campaigns based on agent consensus. A safety agent can block a marketing agent from firing the sequence if it detects an open support ticket. The agents negotiate by checking custom fields via `list_custom_fields` and reading the subscriber's state. Only when both agents agree does the system execute `set_custom_field` to clear the user for marketing.
AutoGen coordination for lead creation
Creating new profiles with `create_subscriber` ensures your AutoGen agents can register fresh leads without creating duplicate records. When a contact is missing, your agents work together to resolve the profile. A search agent runs `find_subscriber_by_email` and `find_subscriber_by_phone` to check for duplicates across channels. If no match is found, the creation agent executes the tool to build the record safely.
