How to Use the MediaSilo MCP in Cline
Cline builds your dashboard by fetching live project data and assets from your MediaSilo account.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect MediaSilo MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect MediaSilo to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate asset retrieval in Cline
Cline can now handle your library management autonomously. Use `get_project_assets` to populate your local dashboard with live metadata from your active MediaSilo projects. It removes the need for manual CSV exports. The agent pulls the data, parses the fields, and updates your UI components based on the results.
Resolve review links within Cline
Stop digging through your email for the latest cut. Use `list_quicklinks` to display all active review shares for your current project. Cline uses `get_quicklink` to resolve the specific share URL. You get the link ready for your team without manual intervention.
Inspect project structure via Cline
Understand your media organization before you start coding. Use `list_projects` to fetch the full list of available workspaces in your account. It allows Cline to traverse your folders using `list_folders` to find the exact directory you need. It ensures your file imports match the actual project layout.
