Connect Megaventory MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Megaventory to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Run multi-location stock audits
The `get_product_stock` tool lets your agent fetch live quantity data across different warehouses without human intervention. Windsurf uses this to calculate actual physical inventory levels and immediately flag shortages. Cascade chains this with `list_inventory_locations` to map out your entire distribution network. It handles the entire lookup sequence in one go, sparing you from running repetitive manual checks across your Megaventory setup.
Automate purchase order reconciliation
The `list_purchase_orders` tool retrieves your open supply chain documents directly into the Windsurf terminal. Cascade reads these orders, matches them against current SKUs, and flags discrepancies instantly. When a shipment arrives, your agent runs `get_purchase_order` to verify the quantities. It closes the loop by checking everything against your actual stock levels, keeping your Megaventory records clean.
Query the Megaventory MCP Server for vendor details
The `search_products` tool scans your active database using text descriptions to locate specific SKUs. Windsurf parses this data to find exact matches and retrieve pricing or manufacturing details. Cascade then uses `list_suppliers_clients` to identify which vendor supplies that specific item. It builds a complete profile of your inventory relationships without requiring a single manual dashboard search.
