…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Metronome MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Metronome to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Sync usage events via Cline
Cline uses `ingest_events` to push production data to your billing backend. It automates the entire pipeline so you don't manually track meter readings. Use `search_events` to verify specific transaction IDs during testing. This ensures your data mapping works before you push to production.
Automate customer provisioning in Cline
Instruct Cline to run `create_customer` to onboard new accounts. It maps your database IDs to the billing system automatically. Follow up with `create_rate_card` to set base pricing. Cline handles the configuration so you don't waste time in a web dashboard.
Control billing lifecycle in Cline
Manage the full invoice lifecycle using `list_invoices` and `get_invoice`. Cline fetches the data, letting you review charges directly in the sidebar. If you find an error, tell the agent to trigger `void_invoice`. It performs the action and confirms completion instantly.
