Connect Midjourney MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Midjourney to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate live UI assets while coding in Cursor
Drop a prompt into the Cursor Composer and let your agent run `imagine` to generate UI mockups or placeholder assets. You don't have to leave your code editor to grab assets from a browser or Discord. This MCP integration returns real image URLs and task IDs that Cursor can write directly into your local HTML or React components. Your agent tracks the generation using `get_task_status` and updates the file with the final asset path.
Reverse engineer style assets inside your codebase
Point Cursor to an existing local image in your project workspace and call `describe` to extract its visual parameters. This allows your agent to match the exact aesthetic of your current project when generating new assets through this MCP connection. If a generated asset requires structural tweaks, run `variation` or `reroll` directly from the Cursor terminal. You get code-level control over asset iteration, matching the speed of your development cycle.
Blend and modify visual components from your editor
Combine multiple design references using `blend` directly from your workspace files. Your Cursor agent uploads the paths, executes the blend, and spits out a unified design file for your interface. Use `inpaint` to edit localized regions of an image asset without altering the rest of your UI component. You can query `get_tasks` to inspect your recent generations and pull down the exact asset IDs you need.
