How to Use the Missive MCP in Cursor
Hook Cursor up to your shared inbox to draft release notes, pull customer feedback, and update contacts while you code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Missive MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Missive to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Pull live customer feedback into Cursor
This MCP Server lets Cursor inspect active customer support threads using `list_conversations` and `list_messages` to grab real bug reports. Your agent reads the exact errors your users are reporting. It then writes the fix directly in your editor, relying on actual conversation details instead of guesses.
Update Missive contacts from your editor
The `create_contact` tool updates your customer details instantly from Cursor. You can use it alongside `list_contacts` to keep your CRM details accurate without leaving your workspace. This saves you from switching windows to check who owns an account. The agent keeps your developer workflow and communication stack perfectly aligned.
Draft release notes from your commit history
The `create_draft` tool lets Cursor draft the announcement email for your team based on your local git diffs. It prepares the text and then lets you push the final copy out using `send_draft`. The agent reads your local git diffs and matches them against active discussion threads. It writes clear technical updates directly into your shared draft folder.
