Direct Catalog Interaction

Cline uses `search_by_isbn` or `search_by_title` to fetch exact records. It then writes the data directly into your JSON or Markdown files. No copy-pasting required. The agent executes the request and stages the changes in one move.

Author and Work Lookup

Use `get_author` to grab profile data or `get_work` to retrieve full descriptions. Cline handles the keys and returns the parsed object. It connects directly to the library index. You get clean, structured data ready for your application logic.

Subject-Based Cataloging

Explore trending categories with `search_trending_subjects`. Cline iterates through the results to build lists or populate your database. It's a reliable way to keep your local records in sync with the library's latest additions.
