Cline performs similarity search
Cline uses `search` to find data points based on vector similarity. It translates your project requirements into query parameters and returns the matched documents instantly. This workflow allows Cline to build features that rely on semantic data. It executes the search and integrates the results into your files without requiring manual intervention.
Automated document ops with Cline
Cline manages your records by calling `insert` and `delete` directly. It handles the batching and filtering logic to ensure your collections stay synced with your application requirements. By using this MCP Server, Cline updates your database state during its routine coding tasks. You define the goal, and it executes the necessary document modifications.
Real-time auditing in Cline
Cline uses `list_collections` to map your database structure before it starts a task. It ensures that every tool call points to an existing, active collection. This step prevents errors during execution. Cline reads the available collections and adapts its plan to match your current production environment.
