How to Use the NVIDIA Vision MCP in Windsurf
Cascade handles visual data directly in Windsurf by chaining NVIDIA Vision tools to analyze or generate assets in your project.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect NVIDIA Vision MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect NVIDIA Vision to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomous visual analysis in Windsurf
Cascade uses `detect_objects` and `visual_grounding` to find specific components inside your UI mocks. It maps coordinates back to your code without manual intervention. This MCP Server lets you point your agent at a directory of assets. It identifies every element and reports back exactly what it sees.
Generate project assets with Windsurf
Trigger `generate_image` directly from your chat sidebar to create icons or placeholder art. Your agent manages the prompt and handles the output file creation automatically. Stop switching between your IDE and external generators. This approach keeps your creative loop inside the editor.
Process documentation with NVIDIA Vision
Use `document_qa` to parse scanned forms or handwritten notes stored in your workspace. Your agent reads the raw pixel data and converts it into structured text for your codebase. It handles complex layouts that standard OCR misses. You get accurate data extraction for your backend services.
