Key Capabilities

Pipe survey responses to terminal tools

Claude Code lets you run headless queries against your user feedback. By calling `list_refiner_responses`, the CLI agent fetches recent feedback and pipes the clean JSON directly into your local terminal workflows. You can grep, filter, or redirect this output to local files. It is built for developers who want to script their feedback analysis without opening a browser.

Run batch user updates via this MCP Server

Manage your user cohorts directly from your bash session. Claude Code calls `identify_refiner_user` and `track_refiner_event` to update user records in bulk based on local CSV files or database dumps. You don't need to write custom Python scripts. Just tell the CLI agent what to sync, and it handles the API calls sequentially.

Monitor survey campaigns from the CLI

Keep tabs on your active NPS campaigns using `list_refiner_surveys`. Claude Code pulls the current list, checks the API health with `check_refiner_status`, and outputs a formatted markdown report. This makes it easy to run quick health checks on your SaaS feedback loops right before a deployment.
