Key Capabilities

Automated Fraud Validation

Need to test a new transaction risk endpoint? Use `check_fraud` within your code. This tool gives you an instant, actionable score based on device fingerprints and geographical data. Your agent integrates this check directly into the application logic.

Account Data Retrieval

Use `get_account_info` to pull user details for testing purposes. You can combine this with `check_phone` intelligence to validate if a new account profile matches known data patterns. This helps write better, more accurate unit tests.

Managing Compliance Lists

Keep your local project clean by using the `list_lists` tool. It shows every custom blacklist and whitelist you maintain for SEON validation. Your agent can then use `add_to_list` to ensure new entries are added consistently across your codebase.

Common questions about SEON MCP in Cline

The MCP Server exposes all its tools—like `check_fraud` and `get_transaction`—as callable functions. Cline lets you call these directly from your source code, treating them like any local API.
The `check_ip` tool returns detailed risk intelligence for the given IP. This includes geographical data and associated fraud indicators you can write to your test reports immediately.
Yes, by calling `list_rules`. You get a clear list of all active fraud rules, letting you verify that your application code respects the necessary compliance boundaries.
When running tests, SEON processes IP risk data. The data remains scoped to the execution environment of your IDE, ensuring that sensitive details aren't leaked into general logs.
Definitely. You can use `get_transaction` to fetch historical details for a given ID and then run it through `check_fraud` to see how SEON scores past activity.
