Key Capabilities
Controlling Live Calls
The `send_call` tool lets your agent initiate a voice call when needed. You can also use `list_active_calls` to check which calls are currently in progress. This setup means your Google ADK agent handles live, dynamic communication flows, whether it's starting a conversation or just monitoring the status.
Retrieving Call Logs and Profiles
You can pull records using `list_call_history` to get all past communications. For contact details, simply run `get_profile`. This gives your agent a complete 360-degree view of the user. This ability to gather history and profile data is essential for agents working with large datasets in BigQuery.
Handling Communications Channels
The system supports multiple communication types. You can send a text message using `send_sms`, or send an old-school document via `send_fax`. For tracking, use `list_faxes`. This flexibility allows your Google ADK agent to handle communications regardless of the channel the client prefers.
