Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Tomorrow.io MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Tomorrow.io to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build functions using real-time weather context.
Your agent can now write working code that calls Tomorrow.io tools and injects actual API results right where you're typing. Instead of mock data, the code uses live answers from `get_realtime_weather` for a specific location. This is huge for testing. You write a function to check if a route is safe; it automatically calls `get_road_weather_risk` and embeds that actual risk assessment into your output.
Implement complex forecasting logic in code.
Need predictions over multiple timeframes? You can structure functions around `get_custom_timelines`, allowing the AI to query specific date ranges and intervals. This capability lets you build models that react dynamically. For long-term planning, use `get_daily_forecast` to calculate totals or extremes for upcoming weeks, then embed those results into your application logic.
Handle specialized environmental data types.
The server lets you manage more than just temperature. You can write code that checks the severity of pollen counts using `get_pollen_forecast` or validates air quality reports using `get_air_quality_index`. This expands your codebase's utility significantly. It even handles catastrophic risk, letting your agent check for wildfire danger via `get_wildfire_risk` and integrate that into a safety module.
