Script Complex Data Retrieval with MCP Server

To get a complete picture of operations, write a script that calls `list_orders` and then iterates through the results. For each entry, it executes `get_order_by_number` to pull full details into your component. This lets you build dynamic dashboards with live data feeds straight from the Track-POD system.

Test Routes and Vehicles using Cline

You can write dedicated tests against the routing logic. First, call `list_vehicles` to get all assets. Then, your code uses this list to structure a function that processes routes listed by `list_routes`. This keeps your logistics application robust before deployment.

Code Order Creation for Track-POD

Implementing order entry? Write a module using the `create_order` tool. Your code accepts two variables—the order number and client name—and handles the entire API call in one clean block of code. Cline makes generating this necessary infrastructure code painless.

Common questions about Track-POD MCP in Cline

You'll write an API client that calls the appropriate tools. For example, to get all orders, you call `list_orders`, and then your code processes that JSON output.
Absolutely. Write a quick function that runs `test_api_connection`. This validates the connection details, letting you confirm everything is ready for coding tasks immediately in your environment.
You receive a structured list of all active deliveries via `list_orders`. If you need more detail, you can call `get_order_by_number` on the specific order ID.
Yes. You write a function that uses `create_order`, passing in both the required order number and client name variables to submit the data.
This server handles operational logistics data, primarily dealing with orders and associated client names. Your code interacts directly with these structured records.
