Connect Transistor.fm MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Transistor.fm to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage Content Lifecycle
You use `create_episode` and `list_episodes` to build out a full content calendar. Cascade reads the show structure, determines which episodes are missing, and can generate placeholder entries for you. You also control publishing timing. If an episode is ready, Windsurf executes `publish_episode`, making sure the new content goes live exactly when needed.
Maintain Subscriber Lists
To keep your audience engaged, you can manage subscribers using `add_subscriber` and `list_subscribers`. If a user signs up manually, Windsurf handles the backend addition automatically. Knowing who's listening is key. You get a full picture of your private podcast following by calling `list_subscribers`, providing context for follow-up campaigns.
Get Account Overview
To start, you need basic metadata. The `get_account_details` tool pulls all essential Transistor.fm account information into the context window. Want to know what shows are active? You can pull a list of all available podcasts using `list_shows`, giving Cascade the starting points it needs for any complex, multi-step workflow.
