Plan multi-step location deep dives.
You set a goal, and Cascade handles the steps. For instance, you can ask it to find nearby dining options near an address, then pull detailed information on them using `get_nearby_locations`. After that, it retrieves user photos for those spots using `get_location_photos`. Cascade doesn't stop there; it automatically pulls the latest reviews for each spot with `get_location_reviews`, giving you a full report without you having to prompt every step.
Search and gather details on POIs.
Want to compare hotels in an area? Start by running `search_location` for 'hotels' within your target ZIP code. This gives you a list of candidates. From that list, Cascade can automatically select the top results and run `get_location_details` on each one. It aggregates all the key POI data—ratings, addresses, etc.—in a single context block for you.
Comprehensive location context retrieval.
When you know an ID but need full context, Windsurf's agent handles it. You feed it an ID and use `get_location_details` to get everything about that place. This tool pulls critical data points—like operating hours, specific amenities, and overall POI details—all at once. It saves you from having to run multiple searches just to build a profile.
