How to Use the Typebot MCP in Cursor
Inject live Typebot capabilities directly into code using Cursor's Agent mode.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Typebot MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Typebot to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Interacting with Bot Flows
Your AI client can use `start_chat_session` to simulate bot interactions. This means you can test conversational logic right inside your code editor without leaving it. The agent gets a live API response—not mock data—so the code you write is based on real Typebot behavior.
Managing Bot Structure
Need to know what bots exist in a project scope? Run `list_typebots` and filter by your workspace ID. This provides immediate context for refactoring or building new code that depends on bot existence. It keeps your entire codebase current with the available conversational tools.
Analyzing Bot Outputs
When a bot gathers data, you don't want to manually check it. Call `list_typebot_results` and inject those results directly into your script. Your code then processes real-world user input. This makes the data available for immediate use in testing or build steps.
