Autocomplete addresses for coding context.
When you need a location variable defined, call `get_place_autocomplete`. You pass your current user location to bias the results. This function returns structured address components and descriptions that you can immediately inject into your code. Don't worry about hardcoding coordinates; use this tool first. It ensures the locations you write API calls for are valid pickup/dropoff points.
Get detailed ride costing metrics.
`get_ride_estimate` gives precise pricing because it focuses on a single, specific product type (like 'Comfort' or 'XL'). This level of detail is better than a general estimate. For comparing costs across multiple options, you can run `get_price_estimate`. You’ll get the cost comparison data needed to write logic that selects the cheapest viable option.
Manage and reference saved locations.
`get_saved_places` pulls a list of all aliases, addresses, and coordinates you've previously stored. This is perfect for writing functions that assume predefined destinations like 'Work' or 'Home'. If you need to add a new spot for future use in your application logic, `add_saved_place` lets you save it with an alias, latitude, and longitude.
