MCP Server: Plan multi-step Uber trips with Windsurf
The `get_price_estimate` tool lets you compare costs for different Uber ride types before booking. You get a solid idea of the expense across various options, saving you from unexpected bills. It’s also smart to check available products first. The `get_products` function shows which ride options are actually running at your current spot, so you know exactly what's on the menu.
Review past trips and find saved locations via Windsurf
Need to reference a previous fare? Use `get_trip_history` to pull up details like the date, distance, price, and start/end spots. This is perfect for expense reports or just remembering where you went. Forget typing addresses; `get_saved_places` quickly lists your saved locations—like work or home—so Windsurf can use them right away.
Check pickup times and user credentials with Windsurf
Don't wait around guessing. The `get_time_estimate` tool tells you how long Uber will take to pick you up at a given spot. Lower numbers mean you get moving faster. For security, the `get_user_profile` function verifies which Uber account is connected, making sure your agent is working with the right credentials.
