Connect Verint Community MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Verint Community to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Search and find content across forums
Need to know what people are talking about? You can use `search` to query Verint Community for specific keywords or topics. Instead of manually jumping between pages, Windsurf's Cascade figures out the search parameters and pulls back relevant results in one go. It’s perfect for research tasks. If you need details on a particular discussion, it finds the topic and gives you all the immediate context.
Manage threads and replies
Windsurf lets you interact with Verint Community forums like a human does. Use `list_threads` to see what's active in a forum, then use `get_user` or `get_group` details to write an informed reply using `create_reply`. You can even start a whole new conversation with `create_thread`. Cascade handles the sequence: it finds the right thread ID first, so when you tell it to reply, it knows exactly where to post. No manual IDs needed.
Check community users and groups
Sometimes you just need an inventory check. You can pull a list of all people with `list_users` or see which groups exist using `list_groups`. Getting details for a specific entity is easy, too—just call `get_user` if you have the ID. This saves time because you don't have to click through every page just to verify an account name or group membership.
