Upload Images and Get URLs

To start a job, you use the `upload_image_to_viesus` tool to get an image into the system. Once processed, the final link is retrieved using `get_enhanced_image_url`. Cline executes this workflow by passing the raw file data and then fetching the usable output URL.

Inspect Image Technical Details

When building a component that needs to display image info, you can run `get_image_metadata` on an uploaded asset. This pulls specific technical details—like resolution or file type—which is way more reliable than assuming the data.

Manage Processing Workflow

The job lifecycle requires checking status and listing history. Cline uses `get_enhancement_job_status` to confirm a task finished correctly. You can also check `list_processing_history` to validate the sequence of steps that just ran.

Common questions about Viesus MCP in Cline

You execute the `check_api_health` tool call. This confirms the MCP Server is operational, which is critical before attempting to write code that depends on image processing.
Yes, running `list_supported_file_formats` tells you exactly what types of images the system accepts. This prevents runtime errors when you're building a component that handles user uploads.
The `get_account_credit_balance` tool reports your current API credits. Your code needs to check this before making calls, so you don't hit a quota limit mid-build.
Vinkius handles the secure connection layer. You simply point your local environment to the MCP Server endpoint, and Cline manages the tool invocation through its task execution flow.
Call `list_enhancement_presets` first. This lets you read all possible configurations before writing code that applies a specific look or style to an image asset.
