Connect Volcengine RTC MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Volcengine RTC to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Windsurf: Manage Live RTC Rooms
Need to audit a session or shut down an unwanted meeting? Cascade autonomously lists all active rooms using `get_active_rooms` and then fetches the user roster via `get_room_users`. You just set the goal, and Windsurf handles the sequence of checks and reports.
Windsurf: Control Stream Output
Sometimes you need to silence a specific feed without ending the call. Cascade can mute either the audio or video stream using `mute_stream`. Later, if needed, it brings that output back online with `unmute_stream`—all orchestrated automatically based on your context.
Windsurf: Record and Transcode Sessions
Setting up a meeting to be recorded or needing specialized streams is easy. Windsurf can initiate cloud recording via `start_cloud_record`, wait for the session, and then reliably shut it down with `stop_cloud_record`. It handles transcoding setup (`start_transcode`) and cleanup (`stop_transcode`) in one go.
