How to Use the Wazuh (SIEM) MCP in Cursor
Get Wazuh SIEM results injected directly into your running code using Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Wazuh (SIEM) MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Wazuh (SIEM) to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Validate Security Events
Before writing a feature that touches security, run `get_logtest`. You pass it sample logs and the server shows you if your rules or decoders will actually catch the event. This prevents blind spots in your monitoring logic. If a log passes this test, you know how to handle it.
Audit System Integrity
Need to check for unauthorized changes? Use `get_syscheck` or run deep forensic checks with `get_rootcheck`. The tool runs the assessment and returns structured data you can immediately use. The results are formatted so they slot right into your code logic, making validation easy.
List Agents via MCP Server
The `list_agents` tool gives you a current inventory of all connected devices. This data is perfect for writing scripts that need to know which endpoints are available. You can then use this list to inform your code, making sure your application doesn't try to connect to an offline machine.
