Assemble employee lists across departments.
Cascade pulls the entire roster of staff using `list_employees`. It also lets you see what departments exist in the company via `list_company_departments`, giving context to who belongs where. You can then combine this data with office locations by running `list_office_locations` right alongside it. This gives a full picture: every employee, their department, and which physical location they are assigned to.
Process leave history and available time off.
Need to know if someone can take time off? Cascade checks the total pool of options using `list_available_leave_types`. It also reviews past activity by calling `list_leave_requests`. If you need a summary, you can check an employee's specific leave history with `list_leave_requests` and pair that up with checking their overall attendance record using `get_attendance_summary`.
Manage job postings and internal roles.
When hiring, Cascade starts by listing all open positions through `list_job_postings`. You can also check for internal movement by getting a list of active needs using `list_job_requests`. This process helps you track external interest. It compiles data on applicants with `list_job_candidates`, so you see who's interested in the roles listed in `list_job_postings`.
