Connect Wizehire MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Wizehire to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Get Candidate Details in your Codebase
The `get_candidate_details` tool lets the AI fetch specific applicant info. Instead of using mock data, your agent pulls live details for a candidate and injects them right into the function you're writing. This is huge when building validation scripts or reporting APIs. Your code uses real-world Name, Email, and Job Details that Wizehire provides, making the output immediately actionable.
Manage job postings via MCP Server
Want to list all open roles? Use `list_active_job_postings` to get a current roster of jobs. This live data feeds directly into your code, so you don't have to manually update the job IDs or titles when writing endpoints. It keeps your development context accurate. When running agent mode in Cursor, the AI knows exactly what roles are available right now.
Update candidate stages within Cursor
The `update_candidate_hiring_stage` tool lets the AI programmatically move candidates through defined steps. You can write a script that iterates over a list of IDs and updates their status—say, from 'Interview' to 'Hired'. This means your code manages state changes in Wizehire without needing manual API calls or messy boilerplate logic.
