Connect Wizehire MCP to OpenAI Agents SDK
Create your Vinkius account to connect Wizehire to OpenAI Agents SDK and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Update candidate progress instantly
Need to move a person from 'Screening' to 'Interview'? You just call `update_candidate_hiring_stage`. It handles the internal state change for that individual right away. This isn't guessing. This tool actually manages candidates, job postings, and hiring stages via Wizehire directly through your agent.
List all active jobs or people
Want a quick overview of what you're working on? Use `list_active_job_postings` to see every open role, or run `list_candidates` to get a roster of everyone in the system. You can also check who's running the show by calling `list_hiring_team`. It pulls names and roles straight from Wizehire.
Build profiles for new hires
When you find a great person, don't wait until they send an email. You can manually add them using `create_new_candidate`, just supplying their name and email. For existing talent, use `get_candidate_details` to pull up all the history on one specific candidate.
