How to Use the Zenkit MCP in Cursor
Write Zenkit integration code powered by Cursor's Agent mode.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Zenkit MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zenkit to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Determine list schemas for coding.
When you use the `list_elements` tool, your agent pulls back all field definitions. You can immediately write code that knows exactly what keys and data types to expect from Zenkit. This eliminates guesswork. Instead of stubbing out dummy fields, your generated function uses real schema details from the list definition.
Retrieve current records in code.
The `list_entries` tool allows you to fetch all items from a specific Zenkit list. Your AI agent then injects this live JSON data directly into your active function body, ready for processing. This means your generated code uses real-world context, not mock stubs.
Programmatic data modification.
Need to change a record? Use `update_entry` within your script. The agent handles the necessary API calls and writes the updated value back into the Zenkit structure. This capability lets you build robust, transactional code that interacts with external databases without leaving Cursor.
