Connect Zoho CRM Activities MCP to Cursor

Inject call records into your codebase.
While coding, you can run `zoho_list_calls` and get the raw data—the subject, type, duration, and disposition. Your agent uses this real response to write context-aware code that references historical interactions. This means if your script needs to know about a recent follow-up, it pulls the actual call log instead of using mock stub data.
Create dynamic calendar entries in code.
Need to model an appointment? You use `zoho_create_event`. Your agent generates working code that sends the title and required date/time parameters (ISO format) directly to Zoho CRM. It doesn't just print a placeholder; it calls the API and includes the resulting event ID in your program's logic.
Manage action items with live data.
When writing support scripts, you can fetch pending work using `zoho_list_tasks`. This provides the subject, due date, and priority for current tasks. The agent uses this list to structure the code that handles follow-ups. Furthermore, if a task is done, your code generates the call to `zoho_update_task`, setting the status accurately in the background.
