Ensure consistent activity tracking for all developers.
Team members can rely on `zoho_list_calls` to audit call logs. Because the tool is committed to `.vscode/mcp.json`, everyone uses the same mechanism to retrieve the subject, type, duration, and disposition. This guarantees that whether you're in QA or development, your team has a uniform view of sales activity volume.
Build reliable appointment scheduling into repositories.
You can write functions using `zoho_create_event`. The team configuration makes it standard practice to call this tool with the title and ISO formatted start/end times, ensuring every scheduled meeting is logged correctly. This consistency eliminates manual data entry errors when setting up demos or webinars for clients.
Centralize task management across team projects.
Developers use `zoho_list_tasks` to pull pending work. The resulting list—containing the subject, due date, and priority—becomes a reliable data source for feature development. Furthermore, when a test run completes an action, using `zoho_update_task` allows team members to mark tasks as 'Completed' directly through the shared environment.
