Connect Zoho CRM Service MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zoho CRM Service to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Log Customer Support Cases in Code
When a user reports an issue, you don't want to leave the editor. Use `zoho_create_case` directly from your code logic. You supply the subject, priority (High/Medium/Low), origin channel, and reason for the case. This lets your agent mode call the MCP tools and inject live data into the function you're writing—so it handles ticket logging without needing a separate UI.
Query Knowledge Base Solutions
Need to check if an answer exists before building a feature? Use `zoho_search_solutions`. It pulls matching KB articles by keyword, returning the title and content. This is way faster than reading through documentation. If you need a full inventory of what's documented, run `zoho_list_solutions` to see all titles and publication statuses.
Get Active Support Queue Status
Before committing code that relies on ticket data, check the queue. Running `zoho_list_cases` gives you a full list of open support tickets—subject, status, priority, origin, and owner. To find one specific issue by keyword in your project logic, use `zoho_search_cases`. It returns matching cases so your code has the current context.
