Connect Zoho CRM Service MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zoho CRM Service to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate Case Triage and Escalation
Need to see if a new issue is already solved? Cascade first runs `zoho_search_cases` by keyword. If it finds nothing, Windsurf can automatically check existing documentation using `zoho_list_solutions`. Finally, it uses the details gathered to correctly set the priority and owner via `zoho_update_case`, closing the loop without you touching a thing.
Build Knowledge Base Articles From Support Data
A customer submits a unique bug report. Instead of manually writing up documentation, Cascade watches for key details in the support ticket. It then uses `zoho_create_solution`, generating a draft article with the original issue as the question and the resolution steps as the answer. You just need to review and hit publish.
Audit Support Queue Status Across Multiple Tools
Windsurf can track workload across channels. It first calls `zoho_list_cases` to get an overview of all open tickets, noting the subject and owner. Then, it runs a targeted search with `zoho_search_cases` for specific keywords like 'billing error'. This gives your agent a complete picture of both the overall queue health and any critical issues that need immediate attention.
