Connect Zoho Sign MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zoho Sign to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate Signature Requests with Zoho Sign
The `create_request_from_template` tool lets Cascade build a sign request immediately from an existing document template. You just point it at the template and set the recipients, and Windsurf handles generating the full signing flow. It's perfect for multi-step processes. Cascade reads that you need to start a signature process, finds the correct template via `list_sign_templates`, and then submits the request using `submit_sign_request`—all without prompting.
Manage Document Status with Zoho Sign MCP Server
Need to know what happened after a document goes out? The `get_sign_request_details` tool pulls the current status and details for any active signing process. You get specifics like who signed, when they signed, and if there are any pending actions. It's useful for checking up on things. If you need to make sure people sign by a certain date, you can use `remind_sign_recipients` before the deadline hits.
Audit Signatures and Templates with Zoho Sign
When a document is signed, you need proof. Use `get_completion_certificate` to retrieve the official audit certificate once all parties have completed their signing tasks. This gives you concrete proof of completion. Before starting anything, always check what fields are available using `list_available_field_types`. It tells you if you can use a Date field or just plain Text in your documents.
