    Your domain is the subdomain in your Freshcaller URL (e.g. if your URL is 'acme.freshcaller.com', your domain is 'acme').

    Can I listen to call recordings through the agent?

    Yes! Use the 'get_call_recording' capability and provide the Call ID. The agent will return a secure link to the recording file.
