  Does this MCP handle all types of Azure DevOps data?

  It handles the core components of your SDLC. You can query projects, work items (tasks, bugs, stories), Git repositories, and the status of CI/CD pipelines and builds.

  Do I need to be a developer to use this MCP?

  No. While it handles technical data, you can use it to get high-level insights. Product Owners and Project Managers can query project health and work item progress just as easily as engineers.

  What credentials do I need to set up the connection?

  You must provide your Azure DevOps Organization URL and a Personal Access Token (PAT). This token authorizes the MCP to read the necessary project data on your behalf.

  Is this just a directory of Azure DevOps features?

  No. This MCP is fully hosted and managed by Vinkius. It's a ready-to-use connector that lets your AI client perform actions and retrieve data directly, rather than just listing available features.

  Can I see if a build pipeline failed via the AI?

  Yes! Use the list_builds capability and provide the Project ID. Your agent will retrieve the history of recent executions, including their final status (succeeded, failed, inProgress).

  How do I list the Git repositories for a project?

  Run the list_repositories query with your Project ID. The agent will return all Git repositories associated with that project in your Azure DevOps account.

  Is it possible to see recent bugs or tasks assigned to a project?

  Absolutely. Use the list_work_items capability. Your agent will retrieve a list of recent work items, including bugs, tasks, and stories, for the specified project.
