  How do I connect my Opsgenie account?

  You subscribe to the MCP on Vinkius and provide your Opsgenie API Key. Once connected, your AI client can immediately start using the capabilities.

  Which AI clients can I use with this MCP?

  You can use any MCP-compatible client, including Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code.

  Do I need to specify a region?

  Yes, you can optionally specify if your Opsgenie account is in the US or EU region during setup.

  Can I add notes to alerts through my agent?

  Yes, you can use the add_note capability to write technical updates directly to the alert activity log.

  Yes, Vinkius hosts and manages the MCP, so you don't have to worry about running it locally or managing credentials yourself.

  If your Opsgenie URL ends in .eu, select the EU region. Otherwise, use the default US region. This ensures the agent calls the correct API endpoints for your account.

  While the capabilities handle alerts individually, you can ask the AI agent to 'Acknowledge all open alerts with priority P1' and it will process them sequentially for you.
