  Does this MCP account for human bias?

  Yes. The MCP includes a specific capability to adjust raw scores. This process mitigates the impact of individual interviewer tendencies, ensuring your final ranking is more objective.

  It requires structured data points, such as metrics (e.g., Team, Market, Product) and the corresponding weights you want to apply to those metrics.

  Can I just get a simple score?

  You can start by calculating the primary weighted score. However, for a complete picture, you should also run the score through the bias correction and cohort impact capabilities.

  Is this just a scoring capability, or does it predict success?

  It does both. It calculates a weighted score, but the final analytics capability provides acceptance probabilities and percentile rankings, giving you a prediction of standing.

  How does the scoring model handle different criteria?

  The calculate_application_score capability uses a weighted model where you assign decimal weights to Team, Market, Product, and Traction scores. The sum of these weights must equal 1.0.

  Can I adjust for interviewers who are too lenient?

  Yes, the apply_bias_correction capability adjusts raw scores toward the cohort average to ensure fairness across different interviewers.

  How is cohort fit calculated?

  The evaluate_cohort_impact capability takes a base score and a fit score to calculate a boost, which is then added to the base score (capped at 10) based on a specified weight.
