Key Capabilities
End-to-end visual validation with Cline
Cline can now run the full cycle of visual regression testing. You tell it to check a feature, and it uses `list_snapshots` to find the relevant components and `list_comparisons` to verify the output. It handles the logic of comparing baselines against new commits. If something looks wrong, Cline flags it for your review before you even commit the code.
Manage build cycles via Cline
Automate your sign-off process by integrating `approve_build` directly into your tasks. Cline can process pending snapshots and mark builds as passed once the diffs align with your expectations. This removes the manual bottleneck of logging into the dashboard. Cline acts as your QA engineer, verifying the pixels and finalizing the build state.
Inspect project metrics in Cline
Get deep insight into your visual testing setup. Cline uses `get_project_details` to pull your current branch and browser settings, ensuring your tests run against the right targets. You can also run `get_snapshot_details` to investigate specific failures. It gives you the fingerprint and review state for any component that failed the check.
