Key Capabilities

Run QingFlow Apps from Claude Desktop

The `list_apps` tool pulls your entire workspace application directory straight into Claude Desktop. It cuts out the annoying back-and-forth of switching to your browser just to find a database ID. After selecting your app, Claude Desktop uses `get_app_schema` to map out the field requirements. You can build accurate data entry forms right in your chat window without guessing field names.

Manage Records and Data Pipelines

The `create_record` tool writes new entries directly into your active QingFlow databases from the Claude Desktop interface, using this local MCP Server to bridge the connection. You don't have to copy-paste customer info or lead details between windows anymore. If a record needs a quick fix, Claude Desktop invokes `update_record` to modify fields on the fly. You can also run `delete_record` to clean up duplicate entries without opening the web console.

Track Active Approval Workflows

The `get_workflow_status` tool retrieves the exact approval stage of any record inside your Claude Desktop chat. Stop chasing managers for status updates on pending purchase orders or expense reports. You can also call `list_workflows` to see the entire operational pipeline of an app directly inside Claude Desktop, turning this MCP integration into a command center. It makes tracking team approvals incredibly straightforward.
