Key Capabilities
Build custom reservation panels in Cline
The `list_desks` tool lets Cline fetch live workstation availability to render custom UI panels right inside VS Code. Cline reads this layout data and can write a custom React component to display open desks. You can tell Cline to build an office dashboard. It reads the Robin endpoint, writes the rendering code, and hooks up `reserve_desk` to interactive buttons in your project.
Manage physical office spaces inside Cline
The `list_spaces` tool queries bookable meeting rooms so Cline can manage your team's physical workspace. Cline checks room details with `get_space` and updates your local files with current room capacities. If you need to change a booking, Cline runs `book_space` directly from your workspace. This MCP Server connection ensures your local files and physical office bookings stay synchronized.
Automate calendar updates with this MCP Server
The `list_space_events` tool retrieves calendar data so Cline can audit room utilization. Cline matches these events against your repository's sprint planning files to verify team sync times. When a meeting gets canceled, Cline executes `cancel_desk_reservation` to release the physical asset. Your agent updates your local markdown schedules and the Robin calendar in one pass.
