Key Capabilities
Analyze Complete Order Histories
Use `get_order_details` to pull deep records for single transactions. This is crucial for BigQuery analysis, allowing you to trace every detail of an order. The agent can also run `list_orders`, giving it a large dataset of recent sales activity across the entire shopline store.
Audit All Store Products and Collections
The toolset lets you pull all product details using `get_product_details`. This data streams directly into your long-context Gemini model for reasoning. Furthermore, calling `list_collections` provides the full taxonomy of products in the shopline store.
Maintain Customer and Shop Context
You can list all users with `list_customers`. This allows your agent to build a robust profile for every customer interacting with the shopline site. It also accesses `get_shop_info`, which grounds the agent's understanding of the store's overall parameters.
