Key Capabilities
Sync CRM and Project Data
The `list_crm_organizations` tool lets you pull a list of all client companies. You can then use `list_projects` to match those organizations against existing projects, ensuring your code always references current customer relationships. This setup makes it easy to write components that automatically build out project dashboards using accurate company identifiers from the Simplicate database.
Track Time and Generate Invoices
When a worker clocks in, calling `log_time_registration` immediately records hours worked. To verify this data for invoicing, you can then query all entries using `list_time_registrations`. This gives your agent the raw data needed to calculate billing totals. This pattern lets you build an end-to-end test that simulates time logging and validates the associated invoice generation logic against the records in `list_invoices`.
Manage Sales Pipeline Endpoints
The `list_sales_opportunities` tool provides details on every active sales deal. You can combine this with `get_sales_details` to pull specific metrics, like the expected close date or associated services. This means you can write a module that accepts an opportunity ID and outputs a structured JSON object containing all necessary data points for a stakeholder report.
