Key Capabilities
Retrieve Core Account Details
Start by getting the account info using `get_account`. You'll also need to fetch specific records like a single contact with `get_contact` or retrieve all associated people via `list_contacts`. If you're writing code that needs to verify if a lead exists, use `get_lead`. It pulls the current status and key identifiers straight into your working script.
Manage Lead and Task Workflows
When building out a new feature, you might need to check where a prospect stands. Run `list_leads` to see everyone. If the logic dictates an update, use `update_lead`, or if it's brand new, call `create_lead`. You can also assign follow-up steps using `create_task`. This lets you generate code that handles complex status transitions automatically.
Analyze Call and Deal History
For debugging or reporting, accessing communication history is key. Use `list_calls` to pull the raw call log data. You can then run `get_call_analytics` to calculate metrics like talk time versus hold time. When a deal moves forward, you'll use `update_deal` and `get_deal`. This lets your code react dynamically when the deal value or stage changes.
