Key Capabilities

Develop form logic with the MCP Server.

Use `get_key` to pull all the current details of a specific SnipForm key. You can write code that checks field requirements and data types before the user even submits. Want to make changes? Call `update_key` directly from your codebase. Cline handles the API calls, so you just focus on the resulting component.

Programmatically track analytics for Cline.

`get_form_analytics` fetches conversion data that feeds right into your dashboard components. Instead of manually graphing numbers, your code simply reads and displays the metric. This is ideal for testing: you run a test suite, call this tool, and assert that the reported metrics match expectations.

Process submissions with Cline.

`list_submissions` dumps every record into your local environment. You can then use standard Python or JavaScript methods to filter, transform, and process those entries. Need more granularity? `get_submission` lets you grab one specific entry by its ID, giving you the raw data structure for detailed processing.

Common questions about SnipForm MCP in Cline

You call `create_key` from your script. You pass in the required initial configuration, and it returns the usable key string you need to reference elsewhere.
Absolutely. Just running `list_keys` gives your code a list of all form keys. You can then iterate over that array and run specific checks on each one.
Start with `list_submissions` for a count, then use `export_submissions` if you need the full dataset. This gives your code everything it needs for analysis.
The server allows programmatic deletion via `delete_submission`. Your code controls exactly when and what submission records get removed from the system.
Yes, it does. You use `get_account` to manage your developer credentials, confirming that your API access is still valid before running any build process.
