…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect AerisWeather MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect AerisWeather to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code Against Real Weather Data
Use `get_observations` and `get_conditions` to pull real-time weather into your editor. Your agent can query by location ID, search for the closest station, or find data within a geographic area. Stop writing code against static, mock JSON files. Tell Cursor's agent to get the current conditions for a location. This MCP server calls the API and drops the actual response right into your file, so you build with live data from the start.
Test Complex API Logic Efficiently
The `get_batch` tool lets your agent fire multiple requests to the AerisWeather API at once. You can combine up to 31 queries for forecasts, alerts, and observations into a single call. This is perfect for testing functions that need to handle multiple data sources. Have the agent generate a test case that fetches a forecast and an alert for the same location. You get realistic, combined data without writing multiple fetch calls.
A Full Weather MCP Server for Your Agent
This server gives your agent a complete set of weather tools. It can look up locations with `get_places`, check for warnings with `get_alerts`, and pull forecasts with `get_forecasts`. When you're building an app that uses weather data, you can ask the agent questions and get immediate, actionable code. "Write a function that checks for storm alerts in Miami, then get the 3-day forecast if there are none." The agent has the tools to do it.
