Run Assembled queue checks in Claude Desktop.

The `list_queues` tool lets Claude Desktop pull your active support queues directly into your chat window. You don't have to keep a browser tab open to check if tickets are piling up. When queues spike, your agent can instantly run `list_agent_states` to see who is online. This MCP tool gives you immediate context on why response times might be slipping without making you dig through dashboards.

Map out agent schedules using your AI client.

The `list_schedules` tool pulls your team's shifts directly into Claude Desktop for rapid planning. This MCP capability lets you find coverage gaps for the upcoming week based on this raw schedule data. If you need to message a specific team leader about a scheduling conflict, `list_teams` and `list_users` identify the right points of contact. This setup keeps your scheduling decisions grounded in actual shift data.

Match support forecasts with live staffing levels.

The `list_forecasts` tool feeds predicted ticket volumes directly into Claude Desktop. Your agent compares these incoming workload projections against actual scheduled hours to highlight understaffed days. Running `get_account_check` first ensures your connection to the scheduling platform is active before running heavy forecast queries. You get a clear picture of your staffing gaps before they turn into customer complaints.

Common questions about Assembled MCP in Claude Desktop

You run the `list_schedules` tool in your chat to pull shift data. Claude Desktop uses the MCP connection to format raw JSON into a readable calendar view. This lets you spot coverage gaps without leaving the app.
Yes, when you ask your agent to monitor your support setup. It runs `list_queues` and `list_agent_states` to check if you have enough active agents to handle the current ticket volume.
You open your `claude_desktop_config.json` file and add the server configuration under the `mcpServers` key. After you save and restart the app, the tools will appear under the hammer icon in your chat window.
You can run `get_account_check` to verify your credentials. If the connection is broken, this tool returns a clear error status so you can re-authenticate your endpoint.
Your scheduling and state data stays local to your machine. Vinkius runs the MCP server in an isolated sandbox, meaning your team's shift patterns and real-time statuses are never stored or used for model training.
