Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Assembled MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Assembled to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Map Your Support Org in Windsurf
`list_users` and `list_teams` pull your exact workforce structure directly into the IDE. Cascade reads this data to understand exactly who reports where across your customer service department. You skip the manual org chart exports. The agent uses `list_queues` to match those teams to specific support channels, letting you build routing logic based on actual operational setups.
Analyze Agent Schedules Autonomously
`list_schedules` gives your AI client historical and upcoming shift data for any time range. Give Cascade a goal to find staffing gaps, and it pulls the shifts, compares them to expected coverage, and outputs the result. It handles the multi-step process automatically. After checking shifts, it can run `list_agent_states` to see who is actually logged in right now versus who was scheduled to work.
Build Forecast Models with MCP Server Data
`list_forecasts` extracts contact volume predictions straight from Assembled. Cascade chains this together with your existing codebase to auto-generate capacity planning scripts or update dashboards. Just tell Windsurf to update the staffing model. The agent verifies the connection with `get_account_check`, grabs the forecast numbers, and writes the necessary Python or TypeScript code.
