Connect BoldDesk MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect BoldDesk to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
In-Editor Debugging with Live BoldDesk Tickets
The `get_ticket` tool pulls actual BoldDesk customer bug reports directly into your Cursor editor. Your Cursor agent reads the exact stack trace or error description from the ticket to find the bug in your open files. Instead of copying and pasting code snippets, your editor analyzes the live BoldDesk issue against your codebase. This cuts down debugging time because your Cursor editor is working with real customer logs.
Contextual Contact Lookups inside Cursor
The `get_contact` and `list_contacts` tools verify which BoldDesk user hit the error before you start writing patches in Cursor. Your Cursor agent checks their customer subscription tier or history to prioritize the fix. When you need to assign the issue to a teammate, `list_agents` shows who is active in BoldDesk. This lets you coordinate fixes without switching Cursor tabs to a browser.
Automate Support Workflows with this MCP Server
The `create_ticket` and `update_ticket` tools let Cursor modify BoldDesk ticket properties once your code compiles. Your Cursor agent can mark a bug as resolved or escalate it to tier two. To keep the customer informed, `reply_to_ticket` drafts technical explanations directly from your Cursor workspace. You can also use `add_ticket_note` to paste the exact commit hash into a private BoldDesk note for other developers.
