Pipe Cal.com booking data with the MCP Server

This MCP Server lets you script your calendar from the command line. You can call `list_bookings` to dump your meetings as raw data and pipe them into other CLI utilities for reporting. Your agent can parse this output to find specific attendees, check meeting statuses, or grab video links. It gives you a fast, headless way to manage your day without opening a web browser.

Fast meeting management via Claude Code

Need to move a meeting quickly? You don't need a GUI. Claude Code uses `get_booking` to pull the event details and `reschedule_booking` to shift the time slot instantly. If a meeting falls through, your agent runs `cancel_booking` to free up the slot. It handles the cleanup and sends out the cancellation emails directly from your terminal session.

Query availability and event types instantly

You can check your availability without leaving your current shell. The agent uses `get_available_slots` to pull your free times and maps them against your templates via `list_event_types`. This is perfect for quickly sharing open slots in a chat or double-checking your setup. It pulls the raw configuration using `get_event_type` so you know exactly what rules are active.

Common questions about Cal.com MCP in Claude Code

Run `claude mcp add --transport http calcom -- ` in your terminal. Make sure to put all transport flags before the server name, then verify it with `claude mcp list`.
Yes. Because Claude Code is a terminal-based tool, you can run it in headless environments to execute calendar updates, check availability, or clean up test bookings.
When you run `create_booking`, the server automatically generates video conferencing links if your event template specifies them. The agent then prints the join link directly to your terminal.
Yes. Use `get_me` to check your active profile, default timezone, and organization details right in your shell.
All transport happens over HTTPS using Vinkius's zero-trust gateway. Your calendar configuration and timezone data are never cached on the local machine or exposed in cleartext.
