Automate calendar booking via the Windsurf MCP Server
Cascade can look at your calendar, find an empty slot, and book it without you clicking around. It queries your timezone and event rules with `get_me` and `list_event_types` to know when you are free. Once it finds a match, the agent runs `create_booking` to lock in the meeting. It handles the back-and-forth planning in one go, without waiting for you to confirm every single step.
Reschedule or cancel meetings instantly
When a client needs to push a meeting, Cascade handles the cleanup. It uses `list_bookings` to find the target event and grabs the details with `get_booking`. You don't have to hunt down the booking ID yourself. The agent then runs `reschedule_booking` to move the slot or `cancel_booking` to clear it out. Both tools send the required email updates automatically so your guests stay in the loop.
Check availability bounds on the fly
Finding a time that works across different zones is annoying. This MCP server lets Cascade run `get_available_slots` to pull the exact blocks where you are free. It maps these against native rules found with `list_schedules`. You get a clean list of options without leaving your workspace. Your agent can read these slots and suggest them to a client or write them directly into an email draft.
